Revamped shed and slurry storage project

Project approved in the April 2010 RPAC round

Young farmer Andrew Ronald from Kintyre has been awarded to £21,500 to revamp the internal structure of an existing cattle shed and extend the storage of the existing slatted tanks. The revamped shed and slurry storage will improve the conditions for his livestock, make better use of forage, create a better environment to encourage growth and minimise disease. As a result the business will be better able to respond to market changes.
