OfT study into off-grid energy market - Consumer Focus Scotland needs your help

Responding to the announcement that the OfT is to launch a market study into the supply of energy to homes that are off-grid, Trisha McAuley, Deputy Director and energy expert at Consumer Focus Scotland, said:

"This investigation into the market for supplying energy to households not on the gas network is welcome but long overdue. Every consumer has faced a freezing winter and higher energy prices but those not on the gas network have been hit particularly hard."

Before Christmas, heating oil prices rocketed, bringing into sharp focus problems with this market. Are you not on the gas network? Do you have any comments on this subject - we'd like to hear from you.
