Looking for a years free broadband?

As a result of having successfully won a BT Community Connections Award in the past, the Airlie Hall Silver Surfers in rural Angus have been offered the opportunity to apply for the BT Cluster Award.

This requires the group to work with at least two other similar groups on a project that will meet the aims of the grant, which includes combatting social isolation. At present the group is discussing a Skype project with a similar group in rural Perthshire. (Skype provides a free vidoe communications link - very handy for keeping in touch with family at home and especially abroad.)

The Surfers are looking for another group to come aboard. The benefits of a successful award for all partners applying for the cluster award include free BT broadband connection for a year and a free laptop. For more details click on the link below.
