House in Finland reflected in water

A number of new opportunities to cooperate on transnational projects have been published on the UK National Rural Network website.

Five projects from LEADER Local Action Groups in Finland are looking for partners in other parts of Europe. Projects include the 'STAR (Seas, towns and rivers tourism development)' project which aims at developing solutions for small and micro scale tourism enterprises located at the coast or islands and 'Cultural tourism in the arms of nature' project which aims to combine art and tourism in European nature for all rural inhabitants.

The new projects looking for partners are:

  • Seas, towns and rivers tourism development
  • European oral singing traditions
  • Enriching village houses and life
  • Cultural tourism in the arms of nature
  • Services and NGOs - partnerships and solutions

You can get details of these, and more transnational cooperation opportunities, on the UK National Rural Network website.
