About us

The Scottish Resource Centre for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology works to create sustainable change for the participation of women in science, engineering, technology and built environment (SET) sectors in Scotland. We do this by changing employment practices and workplace cultures to support gender equality, and supporting the recruitment, retention, and success of women where they are significantly under-represented.
