The CSV Action Earth Campaign has two different grants to assist you. SNH Biodiversity Awards of £250 are available to groups creating or improving habitats for wildlife. Projects could include planting, creating or renovating existing sites and making nesting boxes.

CSV Action Earth Grants of £50, supported by Morrison's, are available to projects planting bulbs, creating footpaths, recycling, litter picking and a whole range of other activities.

Both grants can be used to help volunteers with materials, plants, tools, equipment, travel and refreshments. The deadline for application is 7th July 2008.

Dare to Care
Community Service Volunteers (CSV) has a number of small grants of between £50-£250 to give to community groups, youth groups and schools that want to get involved in ''Dare to Care: Make Time to Help End Child Poverty''. Activities can range from big days out and arts and craft projects, to growing a vegetable patch, organising a sports event or regenerating a communal play area.
