An opportunity has arisen within North West Mull Community Woodland Co. Ltd. (NWMCWC) for the employment of a Development Manager, initially covering a three year period.  The successful candidate will plan and further develop a range of exciting community woodland projects, including affordable housing, renewable energy, community facilities and access and habitat improvement.

Purpose of Post

  • To plan and co-ordinate the development activities of North West Mull Community Woodland Co Ltd (NWMCWC) projects
  • To identify potential funders, liaise with the funders, and secure successful project funding packages for identified development options.

Mull & Iona Community Trust have been in touch with details of an immediate vacancy for an Accounts and Office Manager.

The salary range is £16,000 - £20,000 and the post is based in Mull.

Employed by one of Argyll's most innovative social enterprise you will be responsible for running the Trust's offices in Tobermory and the SAGE accounts system. Turnover is approx £400K p.a. although a £1.5 million capital project is planned for 2009. Previous experience of accounts management is essential. Charity/social enterprise background is a definite advantage.
