Rural Community Gateway

Would you like your Events, Courses, Conferences, Public Meetings, and Seminars listed on this site? There are two ways in which we can arrange to display your Events: If you wish to publish occasional events: If you only wish to publicise one or two events, it is simpler for you to send the details to us, and we will post them to the site for you. Send an email to editor@ruralgateway.org.uk containing all the following information:

• The title of your event
• A description of your event
• The date(s) of your event
• The location and venue where your event is taking place
• The cost of your event for anyone wishing to attend (if any)
• What sort of event it is e.g. conference, seminar, training course, public meeting, exhibition, etc.
• The name of the contact person for enquiries
• The telephone number for people to find out more information
• The email address of the contact person for people to find out more information (and to receive online bookings, if required)
• The web address associated with the event (if any)
• Whether you wish to receive bookings directly from the Gateway website (send to the email address of the contact person).

If you wish to publish regular events: If you organise many events, and would like to have the ability to add and update your own events directly to the Gateway, please send an email to editor@ruralgateway.org.uk requesting this facility. You just need to tell us:

• The name and nature of your organisation
• The number of events you anticipate publishing in a year
• The name of the person who will be posting the events to the Gateway. Please note that this person needs to be a registered member of the Gateway.

We will then contact you with more details of how to post your Events.
