The Highlands and Islands Community Capacity Project (HICCaP) has now completed its work. SCVO is continuing and developing work on Skills and Workforce Development in the Highlands and Islands as part of SCVO's general work on Skills and Workforce Development. The SCVO Skills and Workforce Development webpages are currently in development and will appear on the website soon.
