There is still time to book for the Scottish National Rural Network (SNRN) regional events in the Outer Hebrides and Highland areas. These free events are a great opportunity to get updates on the work of the SNRN, LEADER and Rural Priorities, to hear from projects in the area and further afield and to network with a wide range of people.

The Outer Hebrides event takes place at Berneray Community Centre, Isle of Berneray on 16th March, from 10.30am to 2.30pm. The event will be chaired by Frank Rennie from UHI Millennium Institute. There will be presentations from LEADER Innse Gall, Outer Hebrides Rural Priorities, Barra Watersports and Hebridean Chocolates. You can get a full programme and booking form in the Rural Network Outer Hebrides regional event flyer.

The Highland event will take place on 19th March at the Strathpeffer Pavilion, Strathpeffer from 10.15am to 3.15pm. Presentations will include Highland LEADER, Highland Rural Priorities, the GREAN Project from Golspie and the Seaboard Memorial Hall. You can get a full programme and booking form in the Rural Network Highland regional event flyer.

Both sessions will feature a facilitated discussion session in the afternoon.

These events are part of a series of 20 taking place across the country. You can find out what's been happening at the events so far in Rural Network Regional Events archive. You can details of all the events still to take place in our Regional Events section.
