I live in an ex-mining village which has a fantastic (hidden) history. A lot of houses are being built but not sold. The only hotel is up for auction and I beleive that this hotel could be a nucleus for regeneration.

Our new neighbour replaced our boundary fence which was stock proof, with a post and rail fence and has changed her mind about making it stock proof as promised. We have a covenent on our deeds stating we are responsible for maintaining a good and sufficient fence. Can we enforce her to make it stock proof as she has dogs and horses and dogs can just run under it?
